I'm not sure if I'm the only one with this problem, but it is very frustrating. Sometimes I dread using Logos 5 if there is a chance that it will connect to the internet. I live where the DSL is unstable; drops off every 30 minutes or so. If I'm using Logos when that happens (or happen to leave it open), Logos 5 will try to sync continuously and will consume over 100% of the processor speed, the cooling fans will run at over 4,000 rpm, the heat builds up rapidly, and the battery drains (from 84% to 40% in just a few minutes). The only way to stop it is to force quit the application, let everything settle down, turn off the internet connectivity on computer, and go back into logos. If I connect to the internet afterwards, I will have the problem when Logos tries to sync. Normally I must force quit to close the application because as soon as it thinks there was a connection, it will drain the battery trying to close the app (never does close).
Is there anything that can be done to the program that will "tell it" not to keep trying to sync if there is no internet connectivity? Seems a waste to have to work offline and not be able to connect to the internet for anything else while working with Logos. It is a very frustrating process to use Logos any more.
