Hi Guy - and welcome to the forums
From the logs you are trying to run a very old version of Logos - 4.3 SR-3 - and it looks as though you have run a more recent version on this system previously (so the databases have been updated)
Suggest you update to the latest stable version (4.6b SR-1) at http://www.logos.com/support/logos4/install and see if this resolves your problem.
Alternatively - as you are running Windows 8 - you could look at downloading the free Logos 5 engine available at http://www.logos.com/installation
