BUG: continual sync and force quit

fans started running and I noticed L5 was syncing, ok no big deal... but, it went on forever it seemed - so first sample is of the syncing that would not end.

no problem, I'll close L5 I thought... L5 had other ideas - so second sample is when L5 is being forced to quit.

What were you doing when you grabbed these logs? Specifically when the app hanged what were you doing? I recognize your title refers to Logos syncing forever, I'd just like a description of what was going on at the time aside from syncing.

I'm unable to answer with specifics to your question. What i can say is nothing strange was happening within the program apart from syncing. (no intensive search, no continual scrolling, no indexing)

Tommy, happened again. 5.0b SR2

just opening a commentary from a collection in a custom passage guide, slight scrolling, close it, open another commentary - repeat steps. did this maybe 8 or 9 times when the fan came on and i noticed the program was syncing and just kept going and going and... closed L5 but it wouldn't quit - grey box with "synchronizing" and "exit now" displayed - clicked "exit now", but the box wouldn't go away or syncing stop. force quit.

during this i was able to take 3 samples.

Does this happen every time you perform those actions? If so can you video capture it with an app like Jing?

What else were you running at the time? Also, the "1423.report.zip" file will not download. Try renaming the file to just 1423report.zip and submit again.
