font size on content (sermon) slides

How can the font size on a content (sermon) slide be increased? It is too small when I paste my content and any increase adjustments in the customize tab have no impact? Any suggestions? I sold my church on "proclaim" based on my experience and the good name logos had with me, but so far our experience on proclaim seems like it is a epic fail for logos. We have yet to have more than a sunday or two without issues and we started in December 2012. I cant' find any support beyond customers helping each other in forums, so I am hoping someone out can reply

My guess is that one of the slides in your sermon service item has too much text to fit on a slide with the enlarged font size. Proclaim will automatically shrink the font size in order to fit all the text on the slide. Proclaim also makes each slide in a service item use the same font size. Therefore if you have a large block of text all the slides in your service item will have a reduced font size (and customize will not help). Please try breaking up the text into smaller blocks and hopefully you'll see the font size grow.

Is it odd that proclaim, if I understand you correctly , is designed where every slide must have the same size font? It seems to limit creativity and individuality in the slides? or am I misunderstanding something?

Yes! It limits creativity. What I have done is have a separate slide for the sermon title so I can get creative then the pastors points are on its own slides. Thats the best option ive come up with.

Every slide in a single service item must have the same font size, at least for the main content section that is. An example of what we want to avoid is jumping between font sizes when singing different verses of a single song. As the other user suggested you can use multiple service items to achieve different font sizes.
