For some reason when I pull up "Passage Guide" on my Mac I don't have a lot of my commentaries. On the iPad I have over 50 commentaries that come up. On the MBP I have only 16. Any ideas?
It's difficult to answer without knowing which collections of commentaries you use in PG, whether the collection is appropriate to the passage, etc. Do you use collections on iPad? Illustrate with Screenshots.

You can't currently use Collections within the PG on the iPad - so the commentaries displayed there will be all of the mobile-enabled commentaries in the library which match the passage under question.
So your point about needing to know which (if any) collections are being used in the PG on the Mac is key
