I just purchased a new product and need it to finish a word study however the product is not showing up in my Library. How do I get the newly purchased product to show up and become usable in my system?

when you purchase a new resource, it should automatically download, and then index. Do you know if this has happened? Have you visited your homepage to see if there were any updates? If it didn't download, try the command "update now". Also, did you use the same email address?
As for the word study... What resource did you purchase? Did you prioritize it?
One other possible source of this problem. Do you have "Use Internet" in Program Settings set to Yes?
