I've noticed this on a number of recent pre-pubs (mostly on Vyrso, I think; e.g., http://vyrso.com/product/30703/remembering-birmingham-dr-martin-luther-king-jrs-letter-to-america-50-years-later). My recollection is that usually pre-pubs don't have a Look Inside button, but rather some sample pages from the print edition for you to look at, since the book hasn't been created by Logos yet, so there's no preview of it for them to give us. So I think the problem is that there shouldn't even be a "Look Inside" button on these books where it's not available. (EDIT: maybe this Septuagint words one is or should be an exception though, since it's shipping in a couple of days so it's probably ready to show a preview of)
I 'think' I saw the preview before but could be wrong. I notice Google and Amazon don't have previews either.

Thanks for writing a bug report. I saw it just before you did, but was too lazy to.
Look Inside used to go live when the book shipped. Activating it a few days before that is a good idea. Removing the sample pages, without activating it is not a good idea.
