Missing Bible Resources, No longer in Library

Hi, I usually use NKJV, ESV and NIV Bibles but after update they were no longer in my library. When I click on them, the message says, "This resource is no longer in your library. (Then an inactive button saying, Update resources now) then Grey words saying, "Requires restart. Press the button to begin downloading resources  Once resources are finished downloading, start Logos 4 again. 

After updating, and restarting both Logos and my Computer, nothing has changed

Would love to get these Bibles back, having trouble adjusting without them. NKJV is still selected as my preferred Bible, but won't load resource.

This is an odd situation, and one I've not seen before.

Let's make sure you're logging in with the correct Logos User ID and password. Restart Logos and as Logos begins to boot up, hold down the CTRL key. Your Logos ID will usually be the email address you used when you first bought Logos (unless you changed your ID officially on their web site, or by talking with a customer service rep). And your password will be whatever you set up.

If that's not the issue, we'll need to check some other possibilities. The next one to look at is in your "Hidden" resource portion of your settings. Click Tools > Settings and scroll to the bottom. Click the triangle next to "Hidden Resources." Look for these Bibles there. If you find them, right click and choose "Unhide"

The next thing to try is to type update resources in the Logos command bar. This may find and download them for you.

If none of those things work, report back. This may require a call or email to customer service.
