Installing from DVD

Hi all
I just received my new software in the mail today and (attempted to) install it. The basic installer (sort of) worked; I had to download an update. After that, I opened the software, entered my email and password, and I only had a book that I had purchased separately; none of the resources that should have been with the software were available, including Bibles. I have re-installed multiples times with no changes. As far as I can tell, there has been no attempt by the software to index (I read somewhere that there should be an icon near the clock, and there hasn't been one). I have a Mac. There was no point during the installation process where I was required to enter a serial number. Please help!

Welcome Scott,
If you purchased the package online and requested a DVD it should have installed resources from the DVD and indexed them. So enter update resources into the Command box at top of your window.
If you purchased a DVD with a Serial No. there should have been a point at which the Serial # was requested. So you should contact Logos Support on Monday.

Welcome [:D]
A serial number is initially needed to associate resource licenses with your Logos.com account. A purchase from Logos.com does not need a serial number.
One way to check resource licenses for mobile use is login to Biblia.com followed by clicking Library icon:
When not signed-in, Biblia.com library shows 47 Bibles and 3 Others
Keep Smiling [:)]
