Pre-pub Bundles and purchase of already published components

Two inter-related problems are emerging regarding Pre-pub bundles for which some of the content is already published:
(or gets published between the time the bundle goes on prepub and the bundle gets released)

Example 1: Baker Academic Biblical Studies Bundle (86 vols.)
Obviously if we are interested in the resources in this bundle and pre-order it, we may be tempted to buy individual resources if they come up on sale, even without recognizing/ remembering they are included in the yet to be released bundle.  Not easy to remember each title in an 86 volume bundle.  Yet today we find one of the titles in this bundle (Maybe more than one, did not do a complete check) available per the Round One March Madness sales:

  • Ancient Near Eastern Thought and the Old Testament by John H. Walton

Without having to recognize the issue and call sales, how would we get a discount for the pre-pub bundle based on what we might purchase separately before the full bundle gets released ? Or do we have to recognize the duplication and return for a credit then wait for the full bundle release ? Does "dynamic pricing" apply yet to pre-pub bundless ?

Example 2: Lexham Bible Guides: Paul’s Letters Collection (13 vols)
This bundle, of which not all volumes are yet released but has nevertheless already been charged (similar in a way to EEC, but not quite) was advertized after several of its components had already been listed on pre-pub and after the first one Ephesians had already been released.  While there was a 12 vol. "upgrade" bundle available for those who had already purchased the first to be released Ephesians volume, there were two other individual volumes released before the bundle was released and there was no dynamic pricing adjustment to the full bundle.  Not a problem if you were very vigilant and cancelled or returned pre-pub orders for the two intervening volumes Galatians and 1 Thessalonians. Again, applying dynamic pricing to pre-pub bundles would solve a lot of extra vigilance needed from the customer and would have saved a lot of calls/emails to sales to return duplicates
