You may and can run Logos on multiple computers. The officially supported way is to simply install Logos onto the second computer, provide the same credentials that you use on the first computer, and allow Logos to download and index your purchased resources.

This wiki page details *unsupported* techniques to make that process faster if you have a lot of resources and/or a slow internet connection:

I just used those techniques to move my Logos installation to a different drive (new SSD) on an existing computer, and they worked well.

First, I agree w/Donnie, adding that I would use "METHOD 3" to do the transfer:

-Download a new Logos5setup.exe file from the Logos site and let it preform the Install;

-Then copy just your RESOURCES folder to the NEW laptop/computer;

-Then restart Logos5 and let it prepare and index.

-Once finished, make sure you SYNC before you begin any study's, after the Sync you should have all your custom layouts and notes and any PB's etc., etc......

Please note that if you are using one of the methods linked to above, you need to select a custom installation and disable the automatic download of updates.

When[if] you downloaded it from the Logos site, there should have been a dialogue box asking/or telling where it was saved to;

-OR- you can do a search on the new system for Logos4setup.* [it probably won't be on the new system when you get it, you will have to download the setup file - Logos 4 or Logos 5?]
