We have had this issue before, but not for several months now. The computer I use to build our presentation is running Vista. It was running fine until the latest update. The update ran and then it tried to start the program. That's when this message appeared: "Application cannot be started. Contact the application vendor." I completely removed Proclaim from the computer and tried to download it. It appears to be downloaded, but the same message appears when it tries to start.
