Contents Table Missing in Exploring the OT Vol.3 (E. Lucas)

Hi, the table of contents option is missing in my Ernest Lucas, "Exploring the Old Testament Volume 3: The Psalms and Wisdom Literature". I wonder if this is a bug local to my PC or if it is something that affects all users.

and my resource information is the same as yours.

You might try downloading it again - through the hide / restore procedure outlined at http://wiki.logos.com/Hiding_Books
