What I do is open my home page. That tells automatically.
You can also open your Library and sort by "Last Updated" (after sorting, scroll to the top of the panel).

Adding on to Richard's post. Occasionally my home page does not show what resources were updated but if I press F5 (Windows) my home page refreshes and then shows the updated resources.
