Logos 4 won't open?

I am on Windows 7 64bit and I recently defragged my hard drive. I think this is why it is crashing every time I try to open it. The "Cntrl" trick while loading the program didn't work. The log files say some kind of error because of a "GoogleIcon.png" causing an "invalid state."

Please help!!
