I'm sure you have talked this out, but how is it that hyperlinks don't work in notes? Any work around or beta update coming soon? I use hyperlinked notes a lot and didn't know this would occur. Thanks.
Hyperlinks should work in notes. The first beta had problems with some hyperlink data that has been fixed. So far, we have not seen any existing notes data being lost. If you are willing to share more information, I'd be happy to help you and confirm whether the problem has already been fixed.
There are several threads already regarding specific issues with notes and hyperlinks in the current beta. You might find more information there.
If you have a new bug that hasn't already been reported, we would love to have more information about it.

I'm using a MacBook Retina. My added hyperlinks do not allow hover preview nor click to go to passage. Here is an example. Notice my links are dark blue.
Able to add links (that should already exist) and they work. Does that mean I have to manually add ALL the links I have done before that are dark blue or is there a fix for this?
Closing notes makes former links just 'fixed' go back to dark blue with no link information. In other words, after I add a link, it did not save the note after closing and re-opening.

Thanks. In notes in Logos, you also need to hold down the control key for the links to work. I am wondering if you knew this fact (I did not when I complained that my links were not working).

This appears to be the same problem that we've seen in other threads from the looks of it. Your links are still there and should be active on our next beta release.
