Can't get copy of Faithlife Highlighting Palettes
I am in the Visual Filters group, and I can click on Visual Filters and "Get Copy", and a copy comes to my desktop, and the status on documents.logos.com shows "Current". But it does not let me hover and Get Copy for the Palettes; I can click on the palette one by one, and when the next screen comes up, I can get a copy, but then when it comes down, it does not reflect my copy as Current - it just shows a dash. If I re-click on a given palette that I have already gotten a copy of, the status shows "You do not have a copy of this document" when I fact I do!

Don,
One issue that I do see is that you should always see the "Get Copy" button when hovering over Palette type row in a group's document list. Can you post a screenshot of the behavior you are experiencing? I can't reproduce the behavior you are describing and want to make sure we are talking about the same thing.
Some of what you are seeing is expected (not ideal perhaps, but expected). Highlighting palettes are shared differently than other document types. Each time you press the "Get Copy" button it simply downloads styles from that palette you don't already have. So if you copy a palette called "My styles" with styles "style 1" and "style 2" in it and you already have palette called "My styles" with styles "style 2" and "style 3", you will now have "style 1", "style 2" and "style 3". The "style 2" that you have was not modified during the copy. You can then click "Get Copy" anytime there are new styles in that palette that you don't have.
When you click on the palette one by one, the "You do not have a copy of this document" message is referring to a smart copy which is how other document types work. Strictly speaking you don't have an updatable copy of the palette, nor is it possible to have such a copy. I definitely see how that is confusing though and it should be made clearer.
Other document types might indicate that your copy is current. That means that your copy matches the published version. If at any point you make a change to your copy it will no longer be current and therefore will not be eligible to be updated should a newer version of the original document be published (We don't want to overwrite your changes).
Does that help clear things up at all?

Yes, that is clear, thanks Mitch. The Get Copy works, I forgot it showed on hover.
I did test and the get copy on palettes works as you described; I deleted a style and did a Get Copy, and that style filled back in.
It is confusing - how would I know that a new style was added to a palette I already have? I guess I could compare dates but that is very tedious. It would be great if there was an indicator similar to the "Current" status, recognizing that means something different. It would be nice to just be able to browse down a long list of documents of all types and see which ones I may need to do something with for my desktop.
Thanks!
