Bug: An Error occurred while attempting to contact the server

Hello,

We are previewing Proclaim to replace our current set up. So far we have not been able to test as we have not been able to log in. At log in we get the An Error occurred while attempting to contact the server, please try again later message. We have updated to the newest release and still no go. Thanks for you help!

The log file indicates the application is having trouble interpreting the response it is receiving from the server, as if the contents have been modified en route. Are connected to the internet via a proxy?

no proxy just my home wifi. I will try through another connection. My router may be blocking

Ok tried through my cell hotspot and it works. Should have tried that earlier, lol.
