I normally don't highlight in Logos5 (instead Libronix). But since Rick's new book on the NT Apocrypha is L5 only, I was highlighting away (a single highlight file).
I'd worked my way up to highlight number 300+ (per the one and only notes file) and the highlights were getting creepily slow. I decided to re-start Logos5. First I wanted to save the layout, so I clicked on the Layout panel (which takes about 7-8 seconds to load 30 icons) but then I remembered to delete a search first. I did that while the Layout panel was carefully making sure it had accounted for all 30 icons. Computers are like that.
That's when Logos5 crashed gracefully. After the crash, the front panel went from this:
.
.
To this:
.
.
Note how the library, search tabs etc have been carefully re-arrange in a more pleasing and thoughtful way.
The lexicons too are now in a neat orderly grouping all ready for use by the happy contented Logos5 user.
And bless Logos5's little heart, he didn't touch the other 5 windows.
Now is that gracefully crashing or what?
I deleted my highlight file, and went back to Libronix (which does have James). I'll read Rick's work and highlight James. Faster.
