Whatever is suitable. as long as Logos recognises the font - see Tools >> Program Settings >> Fonts.

Large Text was a stop-gap for Heading Text as a means to locate headings/titles or topics where resources did not have Heading Text as a search field. The Indexer would generate this field where the text was above a certain size (12 I think).
However, a PB allows you to generate fields including Heading Text = {{field-on:Heading}} ... {{field-off:Heading}} (see this post so you don't get confused between Heading styles, TOC and the Heading field), so there is no need to artificially rely on the Indexer.
Further, if you want to use the resource for word lookups (as a Dictionary/Encyclopedia) you need to define Headword milestones = [[@Headword:word]]
