Where's My Purchase?

I received an e-mail that my pre-pub purchase of the Walter Brueggemann Collection was ready to be downloaded.  I went to the download link, where I was told to close and then reopen Logos 5.  I've now done that several times over a couple of days, but the new books are not in my library.

After you double check your library (CTRL-L) and make sure it's not already there, type update resources in the Logos command bar and see if that finds it. If not, we'd need to make sure that your internet connections and automatic updates are on (set to "Yes").

Try those solutions first, if none of them work, report back.

It's also possible that you purchased it with a different user ID than you use to log in to Logos5. If that's the case (can you confirm?), it would take a call to customer service to fix.
