Differences between products

I own Verbum Master Collection. I see some commentary series for sale like Erdmanns, Anchor Yale, Blacks. I put them on my wish list, but when I went to browse thru them I recognize some that are already in my collection. Is there an easy way to compare what I see on sale to what I already own? Or do it the hard way and print each out and compare manually?

One option is opening product page for each wish list item and look at button(s). If two buttons appear: Add to Cart and Quick Buy, can leave in Wish List. If one button appears, can remove from Wish List.

No need to do that. If the button in the Wish list is grey, you already own it; if it is coloured, you don't.

The problem is pages specifically dedicated to sales, the free book of the month, and the like. They still don't show grey buttons when you already own something.
