Why is the search above NOT finding Numbers 19:6, isn't it NEAR enough?

NEAR actually means within 48 characters, so, in this case, the words aren't near enough.

AND should do it, that operates on verse boundaries.

Or you could use the search term "WITHIN 10 WORDS"

(change the number "10" to widen or refine your search results e.g. could be WITHIN 20 WORDS etc.)

Personally I find this search term a whole lot more controllable than the NEAR or AND operators.
