Harm in Force Quit?

I  have also found that syncing before closing Logos helps to prevent it from hanging, but may be less trouble to just force quit Logos when it hangs. 

I have not noticed any harm in using force quit on Logos.
Am I right or is there some harm that is hidden, but important?

I have had this problem with apparently endless synchronising making Logos hang without closing.

My work-around is to remember to synchronise before closing the app. This works. I have had no hangs since following this procedure.

    I follow the same pattern to work around the eternal syncing that logos tries to do on it's own when I quit the program.
