"Dynamic Calculator" is NOT universal!!!

The much lauded "dynamic calculator" of the Logos 5 upgrade fame apparently does not work on all bundles on the Logos.com web site.

I found several volumes I am interested in that happen to be part of The Essential Reference Bundle.  I thought it might be worth my while to buy the bundle instead of the individual volumes. I discovered this is not the case. The "dynamic calculator" does nothing to the bundle price even though I have about two-thirds of the bundle already. I would assume the calculator is only intended to apply to the Logos 5 upgrade but while on hold for Customer Service I heard a recording tout "never pay twice, the dynamic calculator will credit what resources you already own." If this is so, why is my price still $569.95?

Thanks for that thread. I missed it.

If they applied the dynamic calculator to everything on the web site I know there would be more sales. The Nelson 501 Book Unlock is another collection I would like. I have been buying many fine books published by Nelson and can't afford to buy them twice. Still, I would love to get the rest I don't have.

I have found the same issue for collections. I wonder if this is a technical problem or a purposeful strategy.

If Logos does not want to give credit across the board through the dynamic calculator they should not advertise that they do.

Have you tried calling Sales and seeing if they will do it for you?

I have - they don't - at least on the bundles I have inquired about.
