Bug: When "No" means "Yes"

I even restarted Logos and re-checked, but the database was populated for both Ratings and Tags.

I don't know if the log is useful:

    The existing data is only deleted when the setting is changed to "No". There were some bugs in the initial implementation of this (during the betas). Depending on when you changed the setting, some unwanted data may have been left in the Library Catalog.

    Try changing it to "Yes", then back to "No", which should clear all existing community data. (If that doesn't work, please attach the log from that session.)

    It does fix it and I was aware of the beta issue, but I had not run this installation as a beta and it had always been set to NO for both Community tags. I also had, prior to this, checked that the Catalog data was not present...
