BST New Testament/Libronix Licence Problem

Hey there,

I am running windows 8. Libronix seems to be installed correctly and updated however I am having an issue in unlocking the content of the library.

I had installed this on a old machine and it was working fine, that machine is no more.

Account Management gives me three options;

1) New user, when I try this the licence key does not work as the 'next' button is blacked out. =[
2) Existing user, I choose this another three options (a, b, c)
3) Pre-activated, dont know my c-id or  con code.

a) From a back up, I do not have a back up of the old install.
b) Enter codes, I do not know my customer id or confirmation code.
c) Request by email, I enter 'owen91 at gmail dot com', click send and nothing happens =[

I searched my inbox (and trash) and could not find anything to do with Libronix or The bible speaks today. I do not recall if I activated this when I first installed it.

Can you please help me??

1. Did you backup your license file on your older machine (and keep a copy somewhere)?  If so, do a restore and then see #2.

2. 'Normally' your customer ID is in Libronix Help > About Libronix (a long random sequence of letters)

3. Absent #1 and ideas from other forum members, you'll likely need to call Logos for the ID.

4. Once you have the ID, it DOES download the license file (I do it all the time when I buy a new Libronix book for the Logos.com site).

I never did get Libronix to send me my ID. I learned where it was from other forum members.

And of course there's the question .... Logos5 is considerably more powerful ... you don't want to upgrade (the engine is free; reads all your books)?
