Logos 5 download
My newly purchased upgrade from LBS 4 to 5 has not successfully downloaded. Can anyone help as to steps neede to be taken

Can you be more specific. Is it not available at all? Does it try to download and fail? Does it download successfully but fail to install?
Tell us what is happening and maybe I or someone else can help.

Sorry to hear you are having problems, can you provide more information?
Is it the Logos 5 engine which is not downloading or is it some of the associated resources?
What error messages are you getting, what isn't working as you would expect?

Hi Norman,
If it is something as simple as you don't have instructions or a download link for your purchase which should have come via email you can do the following.
Log into your Logos account and go to your orders page. Click on the order number and it will take you to a download link.
This is what your email should have looked similar to:

Yea, believe it or not, I am kind of a Logos old timer from the early 90's. I have been upgrading since I first bought a version 2 package. Thanks for pointing out my email address (I called myself reviewing things before I posted), it is a reminder to look more thoroughly. I'm not too worried about it though since it has a pretty heavy duty filter that has to be operated by whitelist and I can block any that do get through.
