I was unable to install Proclaim for a couple of weeks. Even with the help of Customer Service, no luck.
After reviewing the error files, I loaded NET Framework 3.5 (which loaded 2.0 as well) along with all the updates and Proclaim now installs. I have not tested if Proclaim runs, but I did get to the login screen.
Proclaim/Logos needs to add this to it's list of requirements for installation.
I am running Windows XP SP3.
