Hebrew won't render in Windows 8

I'm running version 4.6b SR-2 (4.62.0.2681) . If there's Hebrew in the main text of the book, it displays a large block of white space and seems to restart a few pages later - it's hard to tell.
Hebrew does, however, work fine both in the navigation pane, and in the pop-up window that appears if you scroll the text with the mouse.
(The same texts look fine in Biblia running in Firefox.)
Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi Colin
Can you give a reference - a resource which shows this behaviour and page number so others can see if it is the same for them?
Also, what Hebrew font do you have set in Tools -> Program Settings?

There was another issue with Hebrew some hours ago, which solved itself with a simple restart of the computer. Try that first.

I restarted the computer and it has now fixed things. Thanks fgh.
However., to answer Graham's questions for the possible benefit of others, I was getting it on Thiselton's NIGTC 1 Corinthians commentary in various places, in particular near the foot of page 75, and everywhere in Biblia Hebraica Stuttgartensia - Morphologically Tagged Edition.
I have SBL Hebrew set.
