Installing a new purchase

I am new to logos, installed the app and went online and purchased a book from my iPad. I cannot figure out how to download the book, it doesn't show in my library, and the book is available for mobile, so what else do I need to do? I checked the iPad download article and it says the book should show in my library, but it doesn't.  Thanks

    Welcome to the forums! Sorry you are having troubles. [:S]

    Generally speaking, when you purchase a resource, it is typically available to you in 5-10 minutes. I have had resources available to me in under a minute. Every now and then we hear of someone having difficulties with their account… which is possible with you. 

    1. Are you absolutely sure that you used the same credentials (email address) when you signed into the app & also when you made the purchase.
    2. Are you absolutely sure the resource is mobile enabled (most are, but some are not). If you don't know, which resource is it?
    3. Is your library filtered in any way? (i.e. is the search field COMPLETELY empty, or is there something typed… even a single letter or space?)
    4. Can you view the resource on biblia.com?

    Thanks it was simply a delay, I hit refresh a couple times and it popped up. Downloaded fine.
