Highlighting Bible Versions

If you highlight a word in one version of the bible does the same highlight also highlight the other bible versions?

No they don't. At the present time, highlights appear only in the particular resource you are highlighting.Provided you opt to attach a (text) note file to a "Reference" as opposed to a "Selection", the note file will appear across multiple resources (Bibles and commentaries) where the relevant Bible reference appears. See the following screen shot on how to do that:

It depends upon what you mean by "highlight". If you perform a search on an English word, or a lemma, then that word will be temporarily "highlighted" in the various translations (and other resources) until you close the search out (a search by lemma will only work for translations that have a reverse interlinear). If you mean, "can I highlight a word, phrase or verse" in one translation and have it highlighted in every other one, the answer is no.
