Proclaim crashes immediately after upgrading to version 1.9.0.688. After the upgrade I rebooted and I'm still unable to launch Proclaim. I've attached error log that I am presented with when the application crashes. Please advise.

The issue is related to some server side changes we deployed last night (somewhere around 2am PDT). We will get a fix out ASAP, I should hope within an hour from now.
This bug will affect users that have synced a presentation which contains a service item with no media (e.g. an image slideshow with no images).
Sorry for the interruption, we'll get this resolved shortly.
Ah, looking at your log it looks like you have a corrupt installation. I recommend uninstalling and re-installing from http://proclaimonline.com/app/download.aspx
If this doesn't work please contact customer support at http://www.logos.com/support

Had the same problem this morning on my office computer. I have loaded and re-loaded the program (and spent most of the morning trying to fix things). Please let us know when the bug is fixed and I will try again.
I've uninstalled and re-installed to no avail. See attached log file.

Please restart the app and install the update. All known issues should be resolved. Please let us know if you experience any other issues.
Eric - if you continue to have installer issues with the current build please contact customer support. They can help you run a tool which will clean out the corrupt installation.
I uninstalled and re-installed and I was able to launch Proclaim without issue for our Palm Sunday service last week. I'm preparing for Easter Sunday today and installed an update and Proclaim crashes just like last week. I've removed and re-installed to no avail. I'm dead in the water at this point. Where can I download the tool to clean out Proclaim install?
