Slow After the Last Logos 5.0b SR 2 (5.0.2.0743)

Logos updated without any problem.

But the system now is starting Logos much slower than before.

Note I have not added any resources after upgrading to Bronze two months ago.

Was something been added with the update that may have caused this?

Or should I re-index logos or something, Note: Logos is running its just slower I think.

Also I don't know how use maintenance commands for Logos. So if I need to try something please explain.

Custom highlighting using your own images - there was a related fix which I thought may have affected speed.
