I received notice that the Carson Collection of seven volumes was ready to download, however I have signed on to Logos 5 numerous times and the collection has not yet downloaded. Has anyone else had this problem and how do I get my order?
Hi Dennis. After receiving the notification email, the resource should be ready to download.
You could try the following:
Type "update resources" into the command bar, and it should then scan to see if any new resources are ready for downloading.
Thank you for your suggestion. I did as you suggested, but after searching. I get a notice that no updates are available. So now what do I do>

Can you access these resources on Biblia? (go to biblia.com sign in with the same credentials as for your Logos account)
If they are available to you there it suggests that there is an issue with them being released to your desktop.
If they are not available on Biblia it suggests that there is a delay making them available to your account.
Hopefully this will help to narrow the cause down a little further.
