I've recently replaced my c: drive with an SSD. Is there a way to transfer my pre-Logos 4 resources from my second, d: drive to my new, faster SSD c: drive without reinstalling Logos 5?
Does THIS wiki article help?
Vaughn,
Logos wants resources and program on the same drive. If Logos 5 is on your new c: drive, it should try to download missing resources (those on the d: drive). It doesn't matter that they were from an older version of Logos. If you had a license for them and used them previously, Logos 5 should discover that and download them.
However to save download time you can use the SCAN command in the Command box in Logos. The syntax is SCAN {Resource Path} where you fill in the resource path.
After entering this command, hit enter, close Logos and reopen it. It should then transfer the resources to your new drive in the proper location.
Thanks to both of you. All is well now.
