Hi, Logos 5 will no longer start correctly for me (I am running windows 8). The logos splash will come up for a few seconds and then disappear. Log attached.

Peter - Welcome to the forums. Sorry you are having troubles. [:S] You need to enable logging and submit logs… the log you submitted isn't the one needed. There is a link to instructions for logging in my signature line.
Hi, I tried the hold the ctrl key down, but all that happens is that tyhe logos spash stays on the screen a bit longer (maybe 20 seconds) before it disappears and nothing else happens.
I tried the EnableLogging java script - however after trying Logos again could not find where the log was. The only log I could find was in the my documents folder, and was the one attached previously, but I see now that the dates on that were old.
I did find a heap of windows app crash logs fro logos. One is attached. Not sure it will help at all. 8666.Report.zip

Unfortunately no. I tried your suggestion but no joy. There appears to be something wrong with my windows 8 as suddenly several things aren't working. So I have taken the drastic step of reimaging - so all going well Logos should be up and running again in a few hours.
