Logos 5 Crashes after Initial Home Screen

When I start Logos 5, it starts up like normal. When I select any resource or study, it crashes. I have deleted the Font Cache and restarted. It did not fix the problem. Windows 8 Pro, 64bit, 8GB Ram. Working fine a few days ago before latest update.

I deleted "Library Index" directory (based on another forum post) and started Logos5 again. It seems to be working now. This is the Library Index.

I am not in a place where I can read your logs, but I'm not a full fledged techie anyways. I did want to caution you, however. Unless you can read the logs, it can be dangerous to take someone else's "medicine." Just because your symptom's are similar to someone else's, doesn't mean you have the same problem. Your "fix" could make things worse and take up much of your time.

It is likely that was the cause but please confirm that when indexing has completed.

All is well. Thank you Dave. It was your post from another area that gave me the suggestion. I figured I had nothing to lose but a couple of hours of indexing. It is working fine now.
