Bug: Text Comparison not being able to distinguish footnote markers in NIV Anglicised.

Hi, 

Jude 1 in the NIV Anglicised (I renamed it NIV84) shows up like this in comparison mode.  bya Jesus Christ...For some reason it is not being able to distinguish footnote markers.
