I need advice, or would possibly like to make a suggestion. If I attach music to the pre-service slides, my options are to play once through, play until stopped, or end of section. I originally tried using the end of section, but the music abruptly stops at the start of service time. So I've tried the once through...which might work okay if i start it exactly at the right time, and we don't run late with our service start time...otherwise, we are sitting in silence waiting. Third option, until stopped, seems like the way to go. HOWEVER, after I stop the music, it keeps trying to restart. If I go to the logo slide, or start a slide with no music attached, the music starts up again. Which has led to some embarrassment on my part on a few Sundays.
What is the solution? Why does it keep restarting after the service has begun? If the end of section would fade out at a reasonable speed, this wouldn't be a terrible option, or if the until stopped wouldn't start up again, I would be satisfied. Right now, i find myself constantly stopping the music and getting distracted from what i'm supposed to be doing.
