Is it possible to record a Proclaim presentation as a looping video that I can play offline on our church's gathering area monitor?

Could you move the whole thing into the preservice loop and set the service start time to some inappropriate time?

That is what I am currently doing, but it's choppy. The laptop I have available is not the best. I'd like to record the loop on a better computer.
Also, I'd like to be able to put a looping video of it on a flash drive and plug that into the tv. Is there a way to do such a thing?

Yes, there are certainly ways of doing so, but not supported directly in Proclaim. You can investigate various Video creation software to find a solution for you.
