Upload and synch issues - very frustrated

For some time now, when I upload from my computer (MacBook) to Proclaim I get an error that says "Error uploading XX file"  However the file plays fine on my computer.  This happens with some images and all videos.

Then I go to the auditorium computer (PC) pull up Proclaim and synch and all I see are white boxes where the files are supposed to be.

I'm up to date on all Proclaim versions - so frustrating - especially with all the services coming up the next few days.
