Missing Logos4 Resources that I had in Libronix

I purchased the Anchor Yale Bible back in March, and it
was running fine on Libronix.

I upgraded to Logos4 about 4 weeks ago. Ever since then,
my Anchor Yale Bible doesn't show up in the library titles.

Same thing with many of my other orders that I purchased and downloaded
into Libronix (John Owen's "Epistle to Hebrews"; NICOT/NICNT; Sermon
Add-in; etc).

Any idea how I can get all of my previous
resources to show up in Logos 4?

This shouldn't be a standard update issue since the big huge 1Gb+ update happened when I first upgraded to Logos4.

Go into version three and run "synchronize licensees" from the tools menu.

Then once that's complete, go to version for and type into the command bar "Update Resources". After about 10 minutes you should start downloading the missing books.

I did have the licenses synched (I did that after every purchase).

But since upgrading to Logos4, I uninstalled Libronix.

I don't have Libronix/Version 3 installed any longer. After the upgrade to Logos4 was completed, I uninstalled Libronix.

My best guess based on all of this was that your licenses were only maintained locally on your computer and never synced to Logos. So Logos' servers don't know you have those licenses. So as I seeit you probably have two options:

Reinstall Logos 3 and reinstall the resources you're missing
Call Logos technical support, explain the situation, and they'll probably be able to manually enter the licenses into your account

I've emailed Customer Support my last license backup file from Libronix and have asked them to restore my licenses.

Final question.

I'm getting only automated responses to all of my emails to Logos Support.

Will those emails eventually be seen by a live person?

This procedure worked for me. It turns out that my initial download missed some of my resources

The procedure was as follows:

1. Close Logos 4

2. Rename this file C:\Users\?your name?\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\?random?\UpdateManager\Updates.db

3. Open Logos 4 and in the command area type Update Now and run this. Wait for the downloads to complete and install.

4. Open Logos 4 and in the command area type Update Resources
and run it. Wait for the downloads to complete and install (it was
3.1Gb for me).

5. Open Logos 4 and the resources should come in with no further input! Indexes will have to be joined though which it will point out when you try and search...

If I'm missing only one resource on one of my two machines but don't which one, do you recommend the above to restore the one missing resource? Or will it do a full download of my library?

It won't do a full download. Only missing and updated resources. Note that Update Resources involves an intensive search and can take several minutes with no feedback!
