Dear Logos team,
I can't startup my Logos 5 as nothing happens after the loading logo appear.
I have found this logos log, pls assist thank you!

From your logs, it looks like a database file has become corrupted. I would try moving your UserManager.db file to the desktop and restart Logos. If that works, you can delete the file from the desktop (Logos will rebuild the file). The location of the file is: C:\Users\Moses Han\AppData\Local\Logos5\Users\UserManager.db
The file C:\Users\Moses Han\AppData\Local\Logos5\Users\UserManager.db is not accessible (it's read only). It's likely to be either (a) set to read only, (b) in use by another program, or (c) have a security issue.
I would check if it really is read only and fix it if it is. If not, then try rebooting to free the file.
