Working together on the same presentation

I created a presentation this week and invited our music leader to download Proclaim on his computer, log in, and input some songs in the presentation. He logged in on his computer last night and added five songs. I just logged in on my computer and the songs are not in the presentation on my computer. What do we have to do to be able to work on the same presentation from different computers and have the work updated on both computers?

There should not be an issue collaborating w/ multiple group members on different machines. Are both machines connected to the internet? Do you see a yellow triangle in the upper right of the main window on either machine? (this indicates sync errors)

Both machines are connected to the internet and there is no yellow triangle on either computer. Do we have to join a group through Faithlife to be able to corroborate on a presentation?

Jim,

Yes, in order to collaborate on a presentation, both parties must be in the same group. This way you can control who can make changes to your presentations. Once your music leader is in your group he will be able to see your presentation in the open menu.
