ERROR Retrieving or cannot retrieve the SONG SELECT TOKEN

I have lost ability to import through song select. It tells me everytime I go to set up info that I cannot find the TOKEN or something olike that.

It is becoming  most annoying to have to type things out by hand the old fashioned way - since I am now so spoiled to have the ability to just synch right on up? Can anyone helps us continue to be lazy and do it the easy way again - instead of the old 1990's way of typing it out in the software.  It feels so POWERPOINTish.

Have you tried removing the link to your song select account and re-adding? If you could post a log from from a session which gives you the error message that would be helpful for me to diagnose the issue.

  Mac:

• /Users/[username]/(~Library)/Application Support/Proclaim/Logging/ 
• The Library folder might be hidden. If so, hit CMD+Shift+G and enter "~/library" into the box.

     Windows: 

• XP    -  %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Proclaim Log Files\
• Vista/Win7   -   %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Proclaim Log Files\
