My exegetical guide and bible word study searches do not render anything......just a blank screen. Has anyone had this problem? What can I do?

If rebooting the computer doesn't fix it then please tell us more..
What base package do you have (e.g. Scholar's?). Were the Guides working OK prior to this? Do you access the guides from Home Page or a Layout? Post a screenshot of your layout showing the guides with other resources.
