Video Backgrounds

I am having a problem with our video backgrounds. When I import a video background and check the "loop" option, the videos will not play. When I import a video background and do not check the "loop" option, the video background will play for 30 seconds and then quit. I have tried using .mp4 and .wmv formats. I can't figure out what the problem is. Help!

Can you please provide some more details for me?

Are you on Mac or Windows? Are you uploading the video or keeping it local to your computer? Are you testing it in preview mode or on-air or both? If you can answer these questions it will help me in assisting you.
