Problems Downloading Resources

Last night and this morning I've been having problems downloading to my android devices, both cell and tablet. I've tried 2 or 3 different resources on each device so I know the problem isn't resource or device specific. All I get is a "Download failed" message. Are the servers just too busy now that March Madness is over?
