Missing Resources
Learning Biblical Hebrew: A New Approach Using Discourse Analysis - was in the Diamond Package, but it is not in my library anymore. How can this miss? Also I have noticed some other resources missing. What would be the solution for this? How can I fix this? On the website it says that this resource is in the Diamond Package.

Did you check your Hidden Resources to see if it mysteriously ended up there somehow? That's usually the #1 culprit for missing resources.
Tools > Program Settings...
Click the triangle to expand the list (you might need to scroll down to bottom of Program Settings panel to see this option depending on how much screen real estate you have)

Joel, did you try the link that says to Update Resources Now in the screenshot above? If not, give that a try.

I tried both: checked in the Hidden Resources and tried to click on the line. But did not find it there. The link is actually disabled.

Joel, sorry to take awhile to get back to you. Type Update Resources in the Command box then hit enter. This will take awhile to execute but it will match all your resources with Logos' records and should download any missing resources.
If that doesn't work, give customer service a call.
